I’ve lived in different cities, pursued new job opportunities, and searched for fresh starts. But eventually, I found myself pulled back to the place I came from: Seattle. Not just the city, but the same streets and salt air of the neighborhood where I grew up.
I've always been drawn to the story of the sockeye. Born in freshwater, they migrate thousands of miles across the ocean, only to return instinctively against all odds to the exact stream where they began. That story has always stuck with me. It’s not just about homecoming; it’s about endurance and the quiet pull of something deeper that guides you back to what matters.
This brand is a product of that return. It’s rooted in where I’m from—Seattle’s working-class coastal heritage, the often-forgotten rainy city way out west, and the rebellious energy of the grunge era that shaped the city in the ‘70s, ‘80s, and ‘90s.
Sockeye is for those who’ve wandered but never lost their way.
